    The Oroville City Council voted 4-1 on Tuesday to approve putting $175,000 in Redevelopment Agency bond money toward the Haven of Hope on Wheels project. This will fund the truck, trailer and equipment needed for a mobile hygiene unit outfitted with showers, toilets and laundry facilities.
