    Oroville >> Butte County sheriff's deputies arrested a 29-year-old man Saturday suspected of trying to burn down an Oroville house. Orrin Colbourn, residence unknown, was arrested on charges of arson, vandalism and probation violation after deputies responded to a house on the 2600 block of D Street about 1:40 a.m. They had received a call saying a person had broken a window of the house and threatened to set fire to the house, according to a county press release.
