    Oroville >> The South Feather Water and Power Agency is seeking to transfer about 12 percent of its stored water to agencies south of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. The agency has agreed to sell 10,000 acre-feet from its reservoirs for $7 million to five agencies belonging to the 27-member State Water Contractors , according to South Feather General Manager Michael Glaze.
