    Orleans, Hoopa and Weitchpec will likely see unhealthy air quality conditions today and tomorrow due to ongoing impacts from wildfire smoke, according to the North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District. People with heart or lung disease, the elderly, children and pregnant women are cautioned to "avoid all prolonged or heavy outdoor exertion," during these conditions, although an uptick in light southerly winds expected in the coming days may bring some "limited relief," according to a release from the district.
