In earlier years with Pete and Jerry, we had visited Colorado high country in 2010; Virginia 2011; California Central Coast 2012; Washington 2013; South Dakota 2014; Alberta, Canada 2015, and last year was Western Texas.

    Corning >> Four individuals were left injured after a collision occurred at 2:25 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 5 north of Sour Grass Road, blocking traffic for about 20 minutes. Brandon Borer, 25, of Orland, was facing westbound in a southbound lane for undetermined reason and was struck by two vehicles going southbound, according to a news release issued Monday morning by the California Highway Patrol.

    Stony Creek Horsemen's Association volunteers replaced the wooden seating in the center section of the grandstand at the Brother Moore Arena, in Stonyford, in preparation for the 74th Annual Stonyford Rodeo, May 6-7. Through networking, the horsemen were able to obtain surplus material at a minimal cost, enough to do all three sections of the grandstand.

Michael John Woodson: 52, was arrested Thursday in the 800 block of South Main Street and booked into Tehama County Jail on two counts of arranging to meet a minor with intent to engage in lewd and lascivious acts, attempt to furnish minor with marijuana, attempt to use minor to violate controlled substance act, contact minor with intent of sexual offense and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

The Tehama County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant to a home on Newville Road at 8 p.m. Friday that was believed to be the home of Michael Anthony Rogers, 33, according to a press release issued Monday by the Sheriff's Office.
