The man reported that he was sleeping in the rig, parked at the Orchards Market, 11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., when he was awoken at about 4:10 a.m., Vancouver Police Department Spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.

    A convicted sex offender accused of exposing himself to a 12-year-old boy in a restroom at the Orchards Fred Meyer was sentenced Friday to six months in jail. Rey F. Leno, 69, of Brush Prairie pleaded guilty in Clark County Superior Court to indecent exposure - as a non-sex offense - in connection with the March 18 incident.
