He was sentenced to $75,000 fine, a one-year probation with an accompanying one-year ban from hunting, and 50 hours of community service at the Avian Conservation Center in Awendaw.

Witnesses said McKennie entered a home on St. Ann Street and was heard arguing with Glenn before fatally shooting him. After U.S. Marshals and the Eastern Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force interviewed McKennie's family members and found out he was likely staying with acquaintances in Pennsylvania.
