    Orange Police received a complaint on Robinson Boulevard regarding harassment via phone/text on June 26 at 7:43 p.m. During the investigation, officers learned that Jason Torres, 30, of 238 Burritt St, New Britain had texted belligerent messages to the mother of his child, then verbally threatened her new boyfriend over the phone. Officers asked the New Britain Police Department to detain Torres, which they did.
