    A Deltona man is accused of setting his truck on fire with bottle rockets and then lying to collect money from an insurance company, investigators with the State Fire Marshal's Office said. Vincenzo Americo Scorpio, 40, the owner of Scorpio's Italian Eatery and Pizzeria in Deltona, was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree arson, burning to defraud, false and fraudulent insurance claim less than $20,000.
