Guidroz, Chondre Pipes turned himself in at the St. Landry Parish jail on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Crime Stoppers asked for help from viewers on its weekly segment which airs on KATC every Wednesday to help identify a suspect who stole packages from an Opelousas home.
