    According to the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office, 49-year-old Melissa Credeur called 911 and accused the victim, John Gautreaux of raping her while she slept. In a statement given to detectives, Credeur referred to the victim as her uncle and told detectives that he fell asleep on top of her and she was trying to wake him up, but he was not breathing.

    Work was being done on the vessel and preliminary reports indicate at least 20 people were aboard when the blast occurred shortly after 9 a.m. along the Tennessee River outside Calvert City, Kentucky State Police Detective Jody Cash said. Timothy L. Wright, age 52, of Calvert City, Kentucky, Jerome A. Smith, age 56, of Thibodaux, Louisiana, and Quentin J.
