    La Crosse County Circuit Court Judge Ramona Gonzalez ruled Monday there was no probable cause to go forward with a trial in the case of a fatal snowmobile accident on Brice Prairie in January. The La Crosse County District Attorney's Office last month filed charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration against 29-year-old John Marshall of Onalaska.
