    An Okemah man was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint, accused of killing his wife in March, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported Monday. Michael Davis Magness, 32, was called Friday afternoon to the Okemah Police Department by OSBI agents to discuss their investigation into the March 15 death of Elizabeth Magness, 31. Michael Magness then was booked without incident into Okfuskee County jail on complaints of first-degree murder and possession of child pornography, the OSBI reported. 4 comments
