    The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is asking for the public's help identifying a young man captured in a trail camera video who was walking in an area where two federally-protected black-backed woodpeckers were found dead in April. The agency is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the apprehension of those responsible for shooting the woodpeckers in the Rimrock Lake area of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, a news release from the agency said.
