    A 34-year-old Oglethorpe County woman was arrested Wednesday night after a domestic dispute at an Essex Court residence in which she pepper-sprayed a man in the face because he refused to purchase marijuana for her, Athens-Clarke County police said. The victim reportedly told police he refused the request because marijuana made the woman “erratic.” The woman then dumped some beer on the man and retrieved a stun gun and canister of pepper spray from her vehicle.
