She is described as white, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds with a “small build.” In addition to Miss Roberts, police are asking for the public's help in finding Kenneth Snyder, 17. He was reported missing about Nov. 20 and is described as white with brown hair and brown eyes, 6 feet tall and weighing roughly 143 pounds.

Water St., Ogdensburg, with felony aggravated family offense and misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies charge on Dec. 11, while being held in the St. Lawrence County Jail, Mr. Brabant violated a no-contact order of protection by contacting the protected party.

Rouse said the NYPA funding will be used over a three-year period as part of a larger $1.1 million plan to establish a coordinated tourism/events division within the chamber.
