Austin, 21, of 30 Country Club Road, Gouverneur, was arrested for third-degree burglary after he allegedly stole a television from Walmart, 3000 Ford Street Extension, and attempted to flee on foot. Ogdensburg police received a call about a shop lifter at Wal-Mart at 3:31 p.m. The subject fled the store with a 42 inch SANYO LED TV and went over the hill behind the store into the neighborhood off Proctor Avenue.
