    On Friday, the Ogdensburg Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic stop on the 1100 block of Congress Street and found the driver to have several common meth-making components, police said. A search of the driver's residence at 1111 Congress St. turned up several more such components, including “one Pot” meth labs.
