Pasqua told the court Gagnon should remain in jail either without bail or on a minimum of $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond, citing the murder charge as the most serious under the state penal law.

O'Shaughnessy says that, even though the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority is backing SkyWest Airlines for the Essential Air Service contract in both Ogdensburg and Massena, they plan to hear from other airlines that have also submitted bids to serve the Massena International Airport. He said two meetings have tentatively been set up for 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Nov. 26. Meetings with the other two carriers have tentatively been scheduled during the Massena Town Council's regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 28. Boutique Air began serving the Massena International Airport in mid-April 2017 when it took over as the town's new Essential Air Service provider.

Doing the introductions Hall of Fame Committee member Bill Merna joked “it's a good thing the teams weren't on the stage together; a game might break out.” The stage of the high school auditorium served as the homecourt for Blue Devil teams until the 1968-69 season when the current William L. Dwyer Gym was opened.
