    The Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority, in conjunction with local municipalities, are taking part in a plastic film and bags collection program for participating Sussex County schools, to help promote the importance of proper waste disposal and recycling. Participating schools include Frankford Township School, Helen Morgan School in Sparta, Halstead Middle School in Newton, Ogdensburg School, Pope John Regional High School in Sparta.
