Civil Engineer Cory Steinke told the board of directors of Central Public Power and Irrigation District on Monday that Lake McConaughy will be full in seven days or so, but a "flood pool" at the Glendo Reservoir in Wyoming is only 20 percent full, so there appears to be room upstream to contain water from the snowmelt in the mountains.
