    Officials with the TxDOT confirm that they are are the scene of a multiple fatality crash involving a Texas Department of Criminal Justice transport bus on I-20 in Ector County near Penwell, Texas around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. According to TxDPS Spokesperson Elizabeth Barney, the transport bus was carrying prisoners from the Middleton Unit in Abilene to El Paso's Sanchez Unit in east El Paso when the transport bus went off the bridge, landed on the railway and was then struck by a moving train.
