    Gray Television Inc. has purchased Raycom Media , parent company to this station, for $3.65 billion, according to a statement released Monday morning. Once combined, the company will have 142 television stations serving 92 markets, making it the third largest television station group in the U.S. Gray will acquire Raycom Sports, which owns the ACC Network; Tupelo Raycom, a production company; RTM Productions, an automotive programming and production company; and Broadview Media, a post production and digital sign company.

We're told that Lopez has been transported to Medical Center Hospital with life-threating injuries.

    The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says two men were killed when the plane they were flying from Texas to Oklahoma crashed in central Oklahoma. The OHP said Tuesday that 62-year-old pilot Walter Mullaney of El Reno and 27-year-old passenger Cesar Gomez of Lumton, Colorado, died in the crash that was discovered on Monday near Hydro, about 60 miles west of Oklahoma City.

    Operation Gauntlet was the work of The Odessa and Midland Police departments, the Midland County Sheriff's Office, Department of Public Safety, Midland Fire Department, Andrews and Abilene police, the FBI and the U.S. Marshalls Office. During the 15 days, the agencies were able to catch 63 predators, 62 of whom have been arrested and one outstanding warrant.
