    A 17-year-old Bay Point youth was arrested early Sunday after leading police on a vehicle chase that reached speeds in excess of 100 mph before the suspect crashed, authorities said Monday. The youth, whose gender was not released, appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic and was treated at a hospital before being booked into Contra Costa County Juvenile Hall, police said.
