Leeming for the hearing at Cook County Court in Maywood, Mark Barnes, 43, was given a July 9 court date. Barnes was arrested on June 6 at a hotel in Oak Lawn following the alleged incident, and is charged with home invasion, aggravated criminal sexual assault and armed robbery.
