    An Oak Harbor man was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle this morning after being involved in an accident that injured three people just north of the Deception Pass Bridge. Jerry J. Pisel, 37, was driving a 1995 Volkswagen Jetta northbound on State Highway 20 near Taggert Quarry Road when he crossed the centerline and struck another vehicle head on, according to a Washington State Patrol report.

When she stopped to investigate, he left the scene.
