Troopers say Matthew Ray, 41, of Chanute, Kansas was driving south in his 1999 Chevrolet pickup, when a northbound 2003 Nissan Maxima, driven by Barbara Stewart, 37, of Nowata, crossed the center line and hit Ray's truck.
