William R. Henry, 18, White Plains, was allegedly clocked at driving 57 mph in the 30 mph zone along Sandstone Drive and was issued a ticket at 10:10 p.m. Emily M. Shepherd, 21, Watertown, was issued a ticket for allegedly driving at 46 mph in the 30 mph zone on Maple Street just after noon.

Town Supervisor Ann Carvill said the Reynolds Road landfill, "covered, sealed and unusable, unused for decades," is being considered for development that would leave the underlying brownfield-like site undisturbed.
