    In response to a recent incident with village police, Mayor James H. McFaddin is publicly rescinding all overweight truck permits issued for travel on Morgan, Bicknell, Park, Spring and Ridge streets. Advised by Village Attorney Robert H. Ballan, the village issued a public notice that appeared in the Jan. 27 issue of the Daily Courier-Observer, also notifying local truckers who have permits of the change, according to Mr. McFaddin.
