My family was told that we had to have a helicopter transport instead of a traditional ambulance transport, but were never consulted as to the cost of either.

    While there has been immense local support shown to the families of three St. Lawrence County men killed in a crash on Interstate 81 two weeks ago, a touching tribute has been delivered to the victims' loved ones that came from the other side of the country. R.B. Lawrence Ambulance employees Cory E. Moore, 50, Canton, Gregg P. Williams, 58, DeKalb Junction, and Roderick C. Cota, 63, Norwood were killed after their car collided with a Western Star milk tanker on the night of July 5. The men have been laid to rest and their memories will live on with those who knew them best, but a Girl Scout troop from Colorado has also provided the families with something to remember the men by.
