    Travis Christopher Sippo, 34, of Norton Shores pleaded guilty to second degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person under age 13. He was sentenced by Muskegon County Circuit Judge Timothy Hicks to a minimum of four years and a maximum of 22 years in prison. Sippo was convicted of assaulting an 8-year-old child not related to him in December 2017, according to Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat.
