Moore, 25, is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor, in the Friday incident near the Shady Drive baseball complex, police said.

As he was being handcuffed, the suspect began to struggle with the officer and continued to resist through the arrest process.
