    The city says Highway 965 south of where it intersects 230th Street and Pheasant Lane through the Dubuque Street intersection will be closed starting May 1. Workers will widen the road, flatten its banked curve and add traffic signals at Scales Bends Road, among other changes. Completion of the work is expected sometime in July, according to a news release posted to the city's website .
