    New Hampshire Fish and Game officers say a 25-year-old man is recovering after he fell about 50 feet while rock climbing in North Conway. Officers said 25-year-old Nicholas Mozdzierz of Somerville, Massachusetts, was leading a climb at Cathedral Ledge when he started having difficulty on the route Sunday afternoon.

    Police say a skier participating in a Make-A-Wish fundraising event died after he lost control on a trail and fell over a 60-foot drop. Police said 34-year-old Samuel Moore of North Conway, New Hampshire, died at the scene at about 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Wildcat Ski Area in Pinkham Notch, in the White Mountains region.
