    A North Amityville man was arrested Thursday afternoon after officers questioning him during a traffic stop discovered his driver's license had been suspended - 64 times, police said. Jaquan Joas, 27, was found to be driving with a suspended license, was not authorized to drive the car he was driving and had an outstanding warrant, Suffolk County police said.
