Norfolk Fire Department received word of the blaze at 3:49 p.m. and responded along with firefighters from Norwood, West Stockholm, Madrid and Louisville, according to Norfolk Fire Chief Richard Bump.

Jennifer K. Wilson, 20, Waddington was charged with one count each of prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under the age of 21 and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child after she sold alcoholic beverages to a 17-year-old state police operative, troopers said.
