    For the first time in 17 years, the Potsdam Central varsity girls track team emerged as undefeated NAC champions after the Lady Sandstoners closed out their regular season by claiming a sweep at home over Norwood-Norfolk and Massena Central on Tuesday. The boys meet saw N-N come away with the two wins as the Flyers outscored Massena 161-69 and the host Sandstoners 122-119.

    I just returned from visiting my sister in Norfolk and I must say I was extremely happy with the new air service from Baltimore. It took just two hours as compared to the four and most times longer, plus having to change planes in Albany.
