    With a 13-2 vote, the St. Lawrence County Legislature voted Monday to keep county funding for the Bassmasters Elite Tournament at $60,000, turning down a motion from Legislator Travis E. Dann, R-Gouverneur, to reconsider and amend a previous resolution concerning that money. Mr. Dann and Legislator John H. Burke, R-Norfolk, were the only members to vote to reconsider.

Over the past year, Cashman Equipment has relocated eight barges from the Gulf of Mexico to Norfolk, New York Harbor and Boston, with plans to move an additional eight barges over the next six months, with barges from recent and future acquisitions.
