In the recent years we have put demands on our leaders to fund education, roads, mental health, the hungry, the homeless, senior transportation, bicycle lanes, open space, jails, RTD, police equipment, libraries, affordable housing, and the list continues. Recently our governor decided to advertise to provide a 20-year additional sales tax to roads - because he failed to fund them properly during his last eight years.
