(Stephen Flood Officials from St. Luke's Hospital in Phillipsburg late Tuesday afternoon outlined what will happen to people currently receiving care when they close the inpatient behavioral health unit Dec. 1. St. Luke's will continue to care for patients who are still there on that date and discharge them as appropriate for their care.
