The man left the area on foot, but customers outside the credit union believed something was suspicious and called police.

Enrique Omar Hinton, who used the nickname "Rico," participated in a shooting that targeted a rival gang member, trafficked marijuana and lied to a federal grand jury, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
