    Four westbound lanes of Interstate 64 at Jefferson Avenue were closed as a result of multiple crashes, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The Jefferson Avenue exit and exit collector lanes remained open and traffic was being diverted to those lanes so that motorists could move around the scene and continue west toward Williamsburg, the news release said.

After receiving several thousand dollars worth of pills, the man left the store.
