    Former ARRL DXCC and Awards Manager Bill Moore, NC1L , of Newington, Connecticut, died on October 6. He was 64. Moore was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident in July 2014 that left him paralyzed from the chest down. He was never able to return to work at ARRL Headquarters and retired in 2015.
