Three shipments of old tank cars have already been transported to sections of SNCR's privately-owned rail line, and those who are opposed to the plan are calling on NY State leaders and even Warren Buffett to try and intervene.

Two shipments of tank cars from outside companies have already been transported and stored on rail line owned by SNCR, and although various groups have voiced their disapproval, SNCR's goal is to eventually have 2,000 of them stored.
