    Dane E. Gallion pleaded not guilty Thursday to third-degree assault in a shooting Jan. 21 at Regal Cinemas at The Landing in Renton that wounded a movie-goer in the shoulder. Gallion, 29, of Newcastle was charged on Jan. 26; he had posted bail on Jan. 23. His next court appearance is March 22. A bullet fired from the 9mm Smith and Wesson handgun that Gallion had with him, striking 40-year-old Michelle Mallari after it pierced the back of the seat, according to charging documents.
