Most of the passengers were between the ages of 5 and 11 on the 2004 Blue Bird bus owned by Precious Cargo of Newbury and traveling west on South Woodland around 4 p.m. Two Hamtramck, Mich., children, ages 1 and 11, also escaped injury.

    Warrants served, Fairmount Boulevard: Gates Mills police reported shortly before 8 a.m. on Oct. 31 that they were out with a disabled vehicle at Mayfield and Chagrin River roads where the driver, a Newbury woman, 34, showed an active arrest warrant with Hunting Valley. She was turned over and processed with a Payment Ability Hearing scheduled in Shaker Heights Municipal Court, then released by 9 a.m. with the warrant removed.
