    The two Newberry teenagers who have been the focus of a nationwide search since they disappeared April 30 are in the custody of the San Diego, Calif., police and should be back home next week. Jonathan Dale Dennis, 15 and Alysia Margaret Skipper, 16, were reported missing in the early morning hours of April 30. They left in a Hummer owned by Dale Dennis, Jonathan's father.

    Officers smelled alcohol on Hiller's breath and he had a hard time keeping his balance. - Russell Saverance Jr., 24, of 64 Franklin Park Circle in Newberry, was charged with driving under the influence on April 28. Officers responded to Smith Road to back up another officer with a possible intoxicated driver.
