Police say that Damen Drakeford, 21, of Newark, N.J., tried to use a counterfeit $50 bill to buy the prepaid card.

Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main St., Stroudsburg, with a prayer service at 1 p.m. with Monsignor John Bergamo officiating.
