    A public path in Mount Airy, an upgrade to a tot lot in New Windsor, fence fixing at a park in Westminster and a trail in Union Bridge will be sharing state funding received by Carroll County in the coming fiscal year, which begins July 1. During a meeting Thursday, the Carroll County Board of Commissioners voted, 4-0, to approve a recommendation by the local chapter of the Maryland Municipal League to evenly split $144,856 of Program Open Space funding received. Commissioner Dennis Frazier, R-District 3, was absent.
