    The stabbing death of a 22-year-old woman early Thursday, allegedly at the hands of her younger cousin, followed a scrap inside a Decatur Street club that was broken up before the victim rekindled the aggression a block up the street, according to a police account. The suspect, 20-year Dannisha Green, surrendered to New Orleans police on Monday and was booked on a count of second-degree murder in the slaying of Brittany Seymour, 22. Eighth District officers found a knife at the scene and an unresponsive Seymour when they arrived in response to the 1:17 a.m. call, according to an affidavit by NOPD homicide Detective Brett Mathes.
