    New Orleans Police on Wednesday arrested 56-year-old Philip Saunders in connection with a Chef Menteur Highway stabbing earlier this year. The victim told police Saunders stabbed him in the chest with a pocketknife on March 24 after the victim tried to stop Saunders from breaking into a car in the 7900 block of Chef Menteur, according to an NOPD news release.
